  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups chopped green leaf lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Extra black pepper, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  2. Mix ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Shape into small oval kofta pieces.
  3. Cook kofta in skillet over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned.
  4. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
