Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, then whisk until combined.
  4. Stir in the sour cream or Greek yogurt.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir just until combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
