Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Stir in brown sugar and cook until dissolved and bubbling.
  3. Add heavy cream and cinnamon, stirring until smooth.
  4. Place sliced bananas into the sauce and cook gently for 1–2 minutes per side until softened.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and chopped pecans.
