Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Season salmon with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook salmon 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  4. Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, and parsley.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes
