Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add broccoli florets and sauté for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add remaining oil to the skillet. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and lightly browned.
  5. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Return broccoli to the skillet, drizzle with lemon juice, and toss everything together.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
