A refreshing twist on classic guacamole with sweet peaches and spicy jalapeños.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 medium peach, diced (skin on or off)
  • 12 tbsp finely diced red onion (optional)
  • 1 jalapeño, finely diced (plus extra slices for topping)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 12 limes, juiced (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt (plus more to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1 small tomato, diced (if you want it chunkier)

Instructions

  1. Halve avocados, remove pits, and scoop into a bowl.
  2. Mash with a fork until mostly smooth but still chunky.
  3. Fold in diced peach, red onion (if using), diced jalapeño, and cilantro.
  4. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir and taste—add more lime, salt, or jalapeño as needed.
  5. Top with a few jalapeño slices and extra cilantro. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
