A quick and easy broccoli bowl with tahini dressing for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli florets (cooked/steamed)
  • Carrots (diced)
  • Cooked grain base (rice or quinoa)
  • Creamy tahini-style dressing (drizzled on top)
  • Sesame seeds (sprinkled)
  • Optional: black sesame seeds / everything-style seed mix

Instructions

  1. Cook your grain base (rice or quinoa) and add to the bowl.
  2. Steam or roast broccoli until tender-crisp; add on top of the grain.
  3. Add diced carrots.
  4. Drizzle generously with creamy tahini dressing.
  5. Finish with sesame seeds (and a pinch of pepper if you like). Serve warm.

Notes

  • Customize with additional vegetables or protein.
  • Best served fresh but can be stored for meal prep.
