Easy no-bake brownie bites with just 3 ingredients. Perfect for a quick keto, paleo, or vegan snack.

  • 1 cup natural nut butter (almond butter or peanut butter)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup powdered keto sweetener (powdered erythritol/monk fruit blend)

Instructions

  1. Add nut butter, cocoa powder, and powdered sweetener to a bowl.
  2. Stir until a thick, smooth “brownie dough” forms. (If it’s too dry, add 1–2 tsp warm water; if too sticky, add 1–2 Tbsp more cocoa.)
  3. Scoop and roll into 12 balls.
  4. Chill 20–30 minutes to firm up (or enjoy right away). Store in the fridge.
