A fresh and healthy salad combining crisp apples, sweet cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and creamy feta cheese, drizzled with honey or a light vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens or butter lettuce
  • 1 crisp apple, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup walnut halves
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Optional Dressing (Light Honey Vinaigrette): 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add mixed greens to a large salad bowl.
  2. Arrange apple slices evenly over the greens.
  3. Sprinkle dried cranberries and walnuts across the salad.
  4. Add crumbled feta cheese on top.
  5. Drizzle honey lightly over the salad.
  6. If using vinaigrette, whisk olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper, then drizzle over salad.
  7. Toss gently just before serving or leave layered for presentation.
