A healthy and delicious burger bowl with roasted potatoes, ground beef, and fresh toppings.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, quartered

  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crispy.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook beef until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  6. Mix all special sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
  7. Assemble bowls with lettuce, roasted potatoes, ground beef, tomatoes, and pickles.
  8. Drizzle generously with special sauce and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use ground turkey instead of beef.
  • Adjust seasoning to your taste.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
