Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breast with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  5. Steam broccoli until tender, about 4–5 minutes.
