25-Minute Garlic Chicken Rice Bowl for Busy Weeknights

A simple and healthy garlic chicken rice bowl with green beans, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  4. In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and sauté green beans for 4–5 minutes until tender and lightly blistered.
  5. Divide cooked rice between bowls.
  6. Top with sliced chicken and green beans.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.
