Healthy Greek chicken bowls with fresh vegetables and tzatziki sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, grilled and sliced
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce or mixed greens
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup red onion, finely diced
  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breast with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Grill or pan-sear chicken over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
  4. Arrange romaine lettuce in serving bowls.
  5. Add sliced chicken, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled feta.
  6. Spoon tzatziki sauce over the center of each bowl.
  7. Serve immediately or store components separately for meal prep.
