Greek Yogurt Oat Bowl

A creamy and nutritious Greek yogurt oat bowl topped with fresh berries, nuts, and a drizzle of honey.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries or mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon walnut pieces
  • 1 tablespoon cashews
  • 1 tablespoon almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt, optional

Instructions

  1. Add the rolled oats and milk to a bowl and stir until the oats are lightly softened.
  2. Spoon the Greek yogurt over the oats.
  3. Add the fresh blueberries or mixed berries around the bowl.
  4. Top with creamy peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, walnut pieces, cashews, and almonds.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon over the yogurt and toppings.
  6. Drizzle honey over the entire bowl.
  7. Add a small pinch of flaky sea salt, if desired.
  8. Serve right away for a creamy, crunchy breakfast bowl.

Notes

  • Use any combination of berries you prefer.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • Substitute peanut butter with almond or cashew butter if desired.
