“30-Minute Spicy Rigatoni Recipe with Creamy Burrata Bliss”

  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup crushed tomatoes or tomato purée
  • ¼ cup tomato paste
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 balls burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or basil, chopped
  • Chili oil or extra red pepper flakes, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package directions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute to deepen the flavor.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  6. Add cooked rigatoni and toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and glossy.
  8. Serve hot, topped with burrata, fresh herbs, and chili oil or red pepper flakes.
