- 2 peaches, sliced
- 2 nectarines or plums, sliced
- 2 red plums, sliced
- 1 cup cherries, halved and pitted
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- Wash and dry all of the fruit well.
- Slice the peaches, nectarines, and plums into thin wedges.
- Halve and pit the cherries.
- Add the sliced fruit, cherries, blueberries, and blackberries to a large serving bowl or platter.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, orange juice, and lemon zest.
- Drizzle the dressing over the fruit.
- Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
- Toss very gently until everything is lightly coated.
- Serve immediately, or chill for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
