  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 2 nectarines or plums, sliced
  • 2 red plums, sliced
  • 1 cup cherries, halved and pitted
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all of the fruit well.
  2. Slice the peaches, nectarines, and plums into thin wedges.
  3. Halve and pit the cherries.
  4. Add the sliced fruit, cherries, blueberries, and blackberries to a large serving bowl or platter.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, orange juice, and lemon zest.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
  8. Toss very gently until everything is lightly coated.
  9. Serve immediately, or chill for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm fruit for best texture.
